Installation Instructions for the MAGE Grid Development Tools

Instructions
Install the GDT Tools:
- Start Eclipse.
- Select "Install New Software" in the "Help" menu.
- Enter either http://mage.uni-marburg.de/eclipse into the "Work with" field, if you want to install a release version, or http://mage.uni-marburg.de/eclipse-beta as URL if you want to install a beta version.
- Hit Enter and wait for Eclipse to populate the list of installable features.
- Select the items you wish to install from the "MAGE - Marburg Grid Environment Tools" category.
- Press "Next".
- Eclipse's p2 update manager now analyzes your installation and displays the new features that need to be installed, including any dependencies. Accept the selection by clicking "Next" or "Finish".
- Read the license carefully and accept if you do so.
- A window with the title "Verification" may apear. If so, click on "Install all".
- After the succesful installation, another window appears and prompts to restart Eclipse. Press "Yes" if you saved all your work before otherwise "No" and restart later.
Congratulations, you have successfully installed the Grid Development Tools!
Requirements for GDT:
- Eclipse >= 3.5
- Java Version >= 1.6
- Any further requirements will be automatically analyzed and matched by Eclipse's p2.
